The buzz around her highly-anticipated big screen release is reaching fever pitch, but last last it was Sarah Jessica Parker's incredibly veiny hands that were the talk of the town.

 The 43-year-old's startling sinewy look rivals that Angelina Jolie, 32, and even the reigning queen of bulging veins, Madonna, 49.

 According to health and fitness experts prominent veins is usually a sign of physical over-exertion.

Sarah has previously attempted to downplay her daily exercise timetable claiming she's more inclined to "go to a dinner party than slave away in the gym".

 But the former dancer is known for keeping to a tough daily exercise regime of running, climbing stairs, yoga and Pilates.

 Still, Sarah appeared to be enjoying her night off, signing autographs for fans ahead of tonight's world premiere of Sex And The City in London.

 Later she was joined by co-star Cynthia Nixon outside the Wolseley Hotel in Mayfair.

Both will team up with the rest of the quartet - Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis - at Leicester Square and are expected to give a brief speech before the curtain goes up asking the 1,700-strong audience not to disclose the plot ahead of the UK release on May 28.

 When pressed to give a hint about the plot line, SJP said: " It's about forgiveness and pursuing love in a way that is real and meaningful".

"I think it's about what it means to be a grown-up, and to recognise your own complicity and disappointment," the BBC previously reported her as saying.

 "I think in your 20s you spend a lot of time making the boys the villains.

 "There's a difference when you're 40."

 "You really experience loss and disappointment and you have to reconcile what part you played in it."

 The actresses are then set to return to the US for the New York premiere on May 27.

 The star was recently arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A drugs, after a video of her allegedly smoking crack cocaine came to light.

 The covert 19-minute clip was discovered on a memory stick which belongs to an alleged drug dealer, Jonny Blagrove and his girlfriend Cara Burton.

 The Met confirmed that t****eople, a 34-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman, had been arrested on suspected drugs offenses. The couple have now been bailed.

 Amy was also arrested last month on suspicion of common assault after a night out in east London.

Ashton Kutcher was delighted to return to Las Vegas to film new comedy What Happens In Vegas - because it reminded him of a drunken night he spent in the city with porn stars. The 30-year-old star traveled to Sin City with co-star Cameron Diaz to shoot 20 per cent of the movie.

And the trip brought back some interesting memories of the night a drunken Kutcher spent with porn icon Ron Jeremy. He explains, "I turned $1,000 into $25,000 playing Craps, then ended up on stage with a rap group, with a bottle of champagne in one hand, standing next to Ron Jeremy, rapping to a sea of porn stars and silicone. The rest of the night is fuzzy."

"I actually might be the only person who didn't have sex with Ron Jeremy that night. He actually kept introducing me to this woman named Egypt and tried to hook it up but that wasn't my cup of tea."

And according to The Sun, he has vowed that if Amy has "cheated on me, don't worry - we'll be millionaires."

The mystery woman is described as blonde, and is also said to be a friend of Amy's.

However, the new reports cast doubt on Amy's assertion that her marriage is fine, and that she and Blake are still happily in love.
